Renée has been a dancer her entire life, but Middle Eastern dance has become her specialty. She was involved in jazz, tap, acrobats, hip hop, and ballet while growing up. In 2001 she began studying Middle Eastern dance with Sabra Jamal and Deborah (Zaharah) Korkmaz. She immediately fell in love with this dance style. She mainly specializes in Egyptian dance, but also infuses various other styles, including Turkish and Tribal.

In 2002 she moved to New York City, where she was able to continue her studies. In 2003 she joined Gamila El Masri's belly dance troupe, Nile Side Productions. In 2004 she completed the intensive teacher training course with Serena Wilson. She has studied under several amazing belly dance instructors including Yousry Sharif, Rayhana, Ranya, Nadia Moussa, Jehan, Morocco, Tarik and Mohamed Shahin.

Renée is known to captivate audiences with her fluidity and grace and has performed at several restaurants and nightclubs in New York City and Rhode Island. She currently resides in the greater Boston metropolitan area.

Renée has been sharing her love for Middle Eastern dance with students for the past eight years. She has taught beginner, intermediate and advanced belly dancing classes in Rhode Island and New York City. She loves to motivate and encourage others to improve their skills.
